Okay, I was sitting here, in my agony and dizziness... Hoping my tooth would quit hurting, hoping I have not got something seriously wrong with me and going through email when a knock came at the door. Not expecting anyone, I was doubly surprised to open the door and find the missionaries standing there.
I was waiting on the phone but decided I could call them back. The Elders asked if there was anything they could do for me, and I said yeah, there is. I asked for a priesthood blessing. They were very sweet and said sure. The blessing was nice and it has helped lift my spirit some.
They were obviously directed to come my way somehow and I am glad they followed the prompting. Thank you Father for directing them to do so. Thou knew just what I needed at this time.
Amen.

What color of green am I?
This one was almost too good to be true....
You Are Apple Green |
![]() You are almost super-humanly upbeat. You have a very positive energy that surrounds you. And while you are happy go lucky, you're also charmingly assertive. You get what you want, even if you have to persuade those against you to see things your way. Reflective and thoughtful, you know yourself well - and you know that you want out of life. |

What my chocolate says about me...
I liked doing this one, hel-lo, it deals with chocolate! What Your Taste in Chocolate Says About You |
![]() You are sophisticated, modern, and high class. Your taste is refined, but you are not picky. You are often the first to try something new. You are a whimsical person prone to daydreaming. Artistic and creative, you're always in the middle of a project. While you are an inspiration to others, you can come off as flaky. You love to be in love. You crave romance, whether you're single or not. You feel lost when you don't feel passion... you need someone to adore. |

What happens when...?
You do hot have insurance (or even if you do, it is still so expensive to go to the doc you do the following) and so you may feel a little lousy or may notice something not so right about something in your health, but it is not enough to have you running to the doctor because you just cannot pay for it.
So, you begin to save ailments up, as a new one comes along it may be a little worse than the previous one, but it still isn't something you cannot handle. Then one day, you wake up, (or you don't--because you have never been to bed in the first place) and you have so many ailments you almost feel stupid for trying to cal the doctor's office because you know they are going to ask you why you need to come in... Then you have to give them your laundry-list of ails.
- jaw/teeth hurt, but it isn't your teeth,'cause when you push on them individually with your tongue or finger, they do not hurt, it's likely a bad sinus infection, plus all the recent headaches lean to that as well.
- nasty ooze coming from someplace that is designed for output, but only if you have given birth--and the whole darn things hurts to boot--it is warm, and sore, and you walk around holding it for support, because the bra doesn't do it well enough.
- possible yeast infection, which always helps me feel springtime fresh.
- likely bladder or kidney infection that has me running to the potty cause I keep feeling like I have to go and when I try nothing happens.
- sore on the inside of your nostril that won't heal and when you try to blow your nose it causes shooting pain and a round of, but how do I blow my nose without dying.
UGH!
The ibuprofen and Tylenol barely take the edge off the pain. James did offer me his last "good" painkiller, but I am trying to hold out. I just wish it didn't have to cost so much to go to the doc. I already owe them a small fortune anyway. Going to urgent care or the ER isn't really an option either, as that costs more and when you do not have insurance, they don't really want to see you anyway... Plus if they do see you and prescribe something, you are still left with trying to figure out how to pay for the prescriptions.
At any rate, that is how I have been feeling--L-O-U-S-Y!!!
Plus I tried to burn the place down... I made lasagna and put it in the oven. I could hear what I thought was it spilling over, so I opened the oven door... H-E-L-L-O flames! My oven tray that I keep in the bottom to help catch pills and such is on fire. So I turn the oven off, and get an oven mitt to pull out the liner. I try to put out the fire with the faucet and apparently it was a type of grease fire and wile the water puts some out it causes other parts to flare up. I got it out, put a piece of foil on the lower shelf in case the lasagna really does spill over and threw the liner away... Guess I'll have to clean the oven and but some more liners so it will not happen again. I had to think about what I had cooked in the oven previously--shepherd's pie--that spilled over. Can you say oops?
Oh well, just adds so much to the crumminess I feel.
Until next time...

Why am I up at 3 AM...?
- Because I am a glutton for punishment.
- Because I have flowers to make.
- Because I have pain in my teeth and jaw.
- Because I am an idiot...
I was taking a break on the computer cause the pain pills kicked in somewhat and I got dizzy so I had to sit down. I really need to get back to my flowers ow though, so,
Until next time...

Why do I put off till tomorrow or the next day, what I should have done AGES ago?
Yes, I am talking about procrastination...
UGH!
I have oodles to do, and not a lot of time to do it in. Figures, right.
But I will SWEAR that I am the QUEEN of PROCRASTINATION...
I don't know of man others aside from me that cannot manage to put off so much... And then when I finally bring myself to do it, well I will simply put it off again...
So, I had to lament here for a moment, but I really should go back to what I was doing.
Until next time...

Playing Catch-up, finally Caught up...
I haven't posted in a bit...
Our phone/Internet has been turned off temporarily... Well, I've been playing catch up and well, I finally reached a point where I couldn't quite do it and it finally caught up to me...
Oops...
So, I've been checking things at mom's, but I've done it between making cakes, trying to do some school work, and checking emails...
So for now back to cakes...
Until next time...

Why you shouldn't skip a day...
OF taking your medication anyway...
I always get dizzy if I miss a day of taking my meds. So today, I took my dose, but I'm still having dizziness.
On the other hand, I have made a batch of fondant and a batch of gumpaste. I have to let them rest, but I'll be making daisies and forget-me-nots. I don't really have to finish the gumpaste people now... (another story for another post), but I might later on. They are just not at the top of my priority list right now.
I've been trying to convince myself to go out and get the mail, but it looks so cols outside, I dislike the cold, I am sick of the cold, and after the last snowstorm, I think I am allergic to snow.
Until next time...

Guess I am using the "Fox"
"Firefox" that is...
IE doesn't want to let me into site where I have to sign in (at least on Sunny). So I haven't been able to sign in to submit entries to my blog unless I went to Mom's house. Tonight Jim told me to download Mozilla Firefox (actually his words were another browser) and that it might work for me.
TA DA!!!
It does, so I can blog happily away to my heart's content.
I can also log in to my Hotmail accounts, my yahoo groups, all that good stuff! I should be able to log in for my school work as well.
I am so happy, it's a beautiful thing!!!
Until next time...
PS, I am leaving the shammy-rocks for now, I like them...
